TasteMyReataurant is a public portal with free acces, where you can either present your restaurant, or browse through list of restaurants, bars, winehouses a coffee lounges. TasteMyRestaurant enables it's users to show their favorite reastaurants, bars, winehouses and coffee lounges with meal and drink menus to others. It also allows you to familiarize with gastronomical experiences of other users of TasteMyRestaurant, you can search any restaurant around the world, which fits your appetite or where you can find isnpiration for your own cooking and meal serving.

This terms and conditions discribes relations of users and portal operator of TasteMyRestaurant.

All services provided by TasteMyRestaurant like presentation or browsing and searching restaurants are granted as free. You are able to present a restaurant if you are it's owner/operator or just as it's visitor. Portal operator is allowed to delete duplicity entries. Every other restaurant presentaiton entry after the first one (the oldest) is considered as a duplicity entry.

As a user of TasteMyRestaurant, you are responsible for entries like text, pictures and other content on the website you published.

It is forbidden to present any information which can spread intolerance or is encouraging to any crime activities, it's also forbidden to present any information with illegal content, especialy if it is agaist the copyright law (or just refers on any other content which is against copyright law). Any erotic, offensive or immoral contet is forbidden, as is any other using of TasteMyRestaurant services, which are purposely damaging or misusing it's name. Network operator has a full right to delete these entries with no previous notification.

Network operator has no reponsibility for any material or immaterial damage, caused by network inactivity to it's users or browsers.

Network operator has no responsibility for misuse of personal data included in users entries or accesed illegaly by any third-party.

User agrees with anonymous using of registration data for statistic and possible advertising on TasteMyRestaurant.

Network operator has no responsibility for users activites on TasteMyRestarant and also has no responsibility for methods how are users operating with the website. Network operator has no responsibility for any improper use of TasteMyRestaurant services by it's users or third-party.

Network operator claimes to operate TasteMyRestaurant server with maximum effort and professional care, to minimalize any eventuall risks, which may occur durring proper use of server.

Network operator has a full right to innovate and improve services provided by TasteMyRestaurant without users agreement or any previous notification.
